privacy policy

Effective 22 August 2026. GRiD iT (gridit.xyz) is designed to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no wallet connections, so in normal use the site never asks for — and never holds — your name, email address, or any credential.

wallet addresses you paste

When you search a wallet, the public address you paste is sent to our Cloudflare-hosted proxy, which forwards it to NFT data providers (OpenSea, Alchemy, and public Tezos, Bitcoin Ordinals, and Ethscriptions indexers) to look up publicly available on-chain data. The responses stream straight back to your browser. GRiD iT keeps no database of searched addresses and cannot link an address to you; wallet addresses are public information on their respective blockchains.

grids and exports

Grid composition and image export run entirely in your browser. Exported PNG, JPEG, and GIF files are generated on your device and downloaded directly — they are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. Images you add from your own device also stay in your browser.

analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — pages visited, device type, approximate region. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard request metadata (including IP address, which Google truncates). We use this data only in aggregate; we do not sell it or use it for advertising. Blocking analytics with a content blocker does not affect any feature of the site.

infrastructure

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which produces the short-lived operational logs (such as request timestamps and status codes) that any web host generates for security and debugging. Third-party sites we link to — marketplaces, block explorers, social platforms — have their own privacy policies.

changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated effective date. Questions about privacy or data handling: [email protected] — see the contact page for more ways to reach us.
