reporting a bug

The most useful reports include four things: the device and browser you were on (for example, iPhone 15 / Safari), the network or chain you searched, roughly how many NFTs were in the grid, and the point where things went wrong — loading the wallet, arranging the grid, or during export. A screenshot or the wallet address you searched (it is public data) speeds things up enormously.

feature requests

Most of the builder's features started as collector requests. If a chain you collect on is missing, an export format would help, or a layout option feels absent, say so — small, specific requests ship fastest.
